In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Dyt. Selin İmran Özdemir ("Dietitian") as data controller within the purposes described below.

- Providing nutrition counseling services
- Appointment management and follow-up
- Evaluating your health condition and preparing a personalized nutrition program
- Filling in and evaluating anamnesis (health history) forms
- Responding to contact requests
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving service quality

The following personal data may be processed within the scope of our services:
- Identity information: First name, last name
- Contact information: Email address, phone number, address
- Health information: Height, weight, health history, allergy information, medications used, nutritional habits
- Transaction security information: Password, cookie records, login/logout information
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be transferred to relevant public institutions and organizations, legal advisors and authorized authorities in cases of legal obligation, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
5. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your personal data are collected through forms on our website, WhatsApp communications, email correspondence, and face-to-face meetings. These data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of KVKK: "explicit consent", "performance of contract", and "legal obligation".
6. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK:
- Learning whether your personal data is being processed
- Requesting information about the processing if your personal data has been processed
- Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
- Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data
